The product was to have been a Christmas present to me from my husband (though I ordered it!) so we were really pleased when I received an email saying it was to be delivered on Christmas Eve. It never arrived; instead I got a message saying DHL needed more delivery information. By then it was too late to do anything until after Christmas. I contacted DHL after Christmas and they confirmed that they had all the delivery details correct. I can only conclude that the first driver made very little effort to find me, despite having my phone number to call for directions. He was obviously keen to get home early. However, the people who came to deliver it after Christmas had no problems. I am very happy with the service provided by fitnessdigital, but would suggest that DHL delivery drivers are given very clear instructions about phoning customers if they can't find the address. He said my postcode was Plough Cottages - yes Plough Cottages are in the same postcode which covers the main road in the village, so he was 50 yards away from me to find this out! How lazy is that! I'm an adult so the non-delivery was disappointing but imagine how a child and the child's parents would feel if their product was not delivered in time for Christmas. Grrrrr

Great service, fast delivery and most of all value for money

I ordered this three days before Christmas as a present for somebody and it arrived Christmas Eve, which was perfect. It was very reasonably priced and the watch worked perfect and was easy to set up.

No drama with the order and supply.. pressed buy and all was delivered promptly and as stated. It was a Christmas present for my wife who thinks it's a fab bit of kit. A good time to purchase to tie in with new year fitness plans.. Would use these guys again..

The site was helpful with good images and information on the product. The price was good as well. The delivery was as promised and the product is great, looks good and performs well so far. It has only been two weeks since receiving the product but everything so far has been of an excellent standard.

Very speedy and well updated order, good communication from the seller, great price and product. The main downside about my order was the courier you used, they were awful, if I had an option of choosing to purchase and item from yourselves or another company for the same price, this ultimately would make the decision for me. The 24 hour delivery is very appealing although with your courier service I waited over a week because of their mishandling.

Very fast turn around on order, just 2 days from order to delivery even though it was Christmas. The best price anywhere on the Garmin Forerunner 15 which was received well packaged so no damage. Will use Fitness Digital again and have already recommended to friends.

Received my Fitbit flex within 24 hours of ordering, excellent communication throughout the process of purchase and now I have the flex connected and in use, love the sleep monitoring option and the daily challenges I now set myself... Cannot recommend the product enough..
