- Please note that if you order more than one product, you might receive them on different days and/or with different transport companies; in this case too we do our very best to respect delivery time of all the products ordered.
- The transport carriers will deliver to the ground floor entrance of the building or property. Delivery does not include taking the merchandise up to a first floor nor does it include installment.
Not at home for the delivery? If an attempt at delivery is made and there is no one at home, the transport company will leave you a note instructing you to contact them so that you can confirm a new delivery date. When the transport company delivers the goods, before signing the delivery note, please check the following:
- That the number of packages coincides with the number indicated on the delivery note. If the number of packages does not coincide, please note this on the delivery note before signing for the delivery.
- That the packages do not show any signs of being deformed or damaged. If there is damage, please indicate "damaged package" on the delivery note.
If there is damage, it is very important that this is indicated on the delivery note as stated above and communicated to us within 24 hours from receiving the order, in order to process the necessary damage claim. We strongly advise you to send us photos of the damage to the package and/or products in order to give you a solution as quickly as possible.
Important: Damage claims on the content must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, they cannot be accepted.

Been using this for about a month to two months regularly now. After buying, attempting to construct it with terrible instructions wasn't a good experience. For future buyer's sake, please improve the clarity of these instructions in regards to the pulley system. Once constructed, it's been a pleasure to use. However, the cables at the front do not pull out far without the tube keeping the weights in place getting stuck. If the tube was extended, this issue could be resolved. Despite this, the machine is very well made. The seat and bicep curler is very well padded. I also love the shape of the lat pull down attachment. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could.
This machine is a great purchase. From prompt delivery, to clear instructions, to a very sturdy and versatile machine, this ticked all the boxes. Assembly takes a few hours, but the instructions are easy to follow. Additionally, when I contacted customer service in relation to a cosmetic damage in one of the parts, it was quickly resolved and the replacement arrived within the week. Fantastic company and great product!
Excellent gym even better than ones in the actual gym. Got a great deal as bought it in the sale saved around €270. Took about 2 weeks to come to Ireland. Would highly recommend this gym and this company. Thank you. Will be shopping with you again in the future 💪💪
