Although the build instructions leave a lot of guess work, the gym itself is excellent. The 100 kg stack is more than most people will need and now my good lady wife is happy when I am training as there are no longer free weights lying around and if the worst comes to the worst you can just let the weights go. The range of exercises on the multi gym allow you to have a great work out using heavy weights and when combined with a few barbell or dumbbell exercises it is perfect for all of your muscle groups. Thoroughly recommended.

Although the instructions are poor in places the equipment itself is top quality. Great service from FitnessDigital and we had our order within a week.

The Adidas Home Gym is easy to assemble, use and gives a great full body workout. It also isn't as noisy as I thought it would be and if you want to make it quieter just add a small piece of rubber to the nut at the top of the weight stack. Arrived on time and was able to track the delivery all the way

Really happy with my addidas gym. Everything came, nothing missing or damaged and we had it set up within a few hours. Very sturdy and perfect for what we want it for. Great price for a multi gym.
