I received an order confirmation almost immediately after placing my order, followed by another email the next day with a tracking number. This made it easy to keep an eye on the delivery progress until the package arrived. The order was shipped from Spain to Ireland and took around 14 days to arrive. Although the delivery company did miss the original delivery date they had given me, the parcel arrived safely shortly afterwards. The courier was friendly and professional when it was delivered.
