Excellent for HR and performance monitoring It does everything i needed it to do, seems to be very accurate and is comfortable to wear. For reference I would wear a 44 inch chest suit (male). I've been using it for nearly 3 months and no complaints. I like to pair it with the polar beat app to track progress and it's great to see my level of fitness improve gradually through Polar straps logging of my HR data.
