Awesome Treadmill Treadmill was good price and delivered quickly. Takes about 30 minutes to put together and there is a really good online video to assist with the included paper instructions. The Treadmill is excellent and provided a nice cushion under foot if like me you find running on the road is harsh on your knees and soles of your feet. Overall the machine is very good. The machine is very good, and it's been a great purchase. I ran 5 km daily for nearly 7 months and then reduced it to 3 times a week.
