Great scales for those that can't see past the numbers I bought hear scales as I had been weighed on the medical version by tanita and seen the weekly difference in muscle mass, fat etc. I wanted to be able to continue the fat loss journey at home. I had become upset some weeks not seeing the numbers change due to muscle gain. These help massively. They're not the easiest to use and took me a while to set up. It's important to always stand correctly on them to get accurate results and set them on the floor before selecting the memory or guest settings otherwise they seem to add their own weight the minute they're placed on the floor. Great for the price Only just started so still getting used to it, fairly easy to set up. I was hoping to be able to download the data like my previous unit but there appears to be no option. However, for a basic/intermediate user this does the job. Go to product 455 Sep 2016
