Planks
Begin in a plank position with your forearms on the handles of the abdominal wheel. Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels. Hold for a set amount of time or for as long as possible.

Knee Tucks
Start in a push-up position with your feet on the abdominal wheel. Use your core muscles to pull your knees towards your chest, rolling the wheel towards your hands. Pause briefly, then slowly extend your legs back out to the starting position.

Pikes
Start in a push-up position with your feet on the abdominal wheel. Use your core muscles to pull your hips towards the ceiling, rolling the wheel towards your hands. Pause briefly, then slowly lower your hips back down to the starting position.

Standing Rollouts
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the abdominal wheel with both hands. Roll the wheel forward, keeping your back straight, until your arms are extended in front of you. Pause briefly, then use your core muscles to pull the wheel back towards your body.

Improved Stability
Using an abdominal wheel requires a great deal of stability and balance, which can help improve overall stability and coordination.

Enhanced Functionality
The core is a critical component of many functional movements in Cross Training, such as squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses. Strengthening the core with an abdominal wheel can help improve performance and reduce the risk of injury during these movements.

• The transport carriers will deliver to the ground floor entrance of the building or property. Delivery does not include taking the merchandise up to a first floor nor does it include installment.

Not at home for the delivery? If an attempt at delivery is made and there is no one at home, the transport company will leave you a note instructing you to contact them so that you can confirm a new delivery date. When the transport company delivers the goods, before signing the delivery note, please check the following:

• That the number of packages coincides with the number indicated on the delivery note. If the number of packages does not coincide, please note this on the delivery note before signing for the delivery.
• That the packages do not show any signs of being deformed or damaged. If there is damage, please indicate "damaged package" on the delivery note.

If there is damage, it is very important that this is indicated on the delivery note as stated above and communicated to us within 24 hours from receiving the order, in order to process the necessary damage claim. We strongly advise you to send us photos of the damage to the package and/or products in order to give you a solution as quickly as possible.

Important: Damage claims on the content must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
