Full-Body Workout
The Worm can be used for a variety of movements, such as squats, lunges, thrusters, and burpees, among others. These movements target multiple muscle groups and provide a full-body workout.

Core and Grip Strength
The Worm is an unstable and awkward object to carry and move, which challenges core stability and grip strength.

Endurance
Using the Worm for high-rep movements and exercises requires significant muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Mental Toughness
The Worm is a challenging and exhausting piece of equipment to use, and requires mental toughness to push through the discomfort and fatigue.

Worm Lunges
Similar to Worm Squats, this exercise involves holding the Worm across the shoulders of the team and performing lunges. This exercise challenges lower body strength and coordination.

Worm Thrusters
This exercise involves holding the Worm in a front-rack position and performing a squat followed by a push press. This exercise challenges full-body strength and coordination.

Worm Burpees
This exercise involves performing a burpee with the Worm placed on the ground. The team must coordinate their movements to jump over the Worm during each repetition.

Worm Push-ups
This exercise involves performing a push-up with one hand on the Worm and the other hand on the ground. The team must coordinate their movements to maintain balance and control of the Worm.

Worm Deadlifts
This exercise involves holding the Worm at one end and performing deadlifts. The team must coordinate their movements to maintain balance and control of the Worm.

• The transport carriers will deliver to the ground floor entrance of the building or property. Delivery does not include taking the merchandise up to a first floor nor does it include installment.

Not at home for the delivery? If an attempt at delivery is made and there is no one at home, the transport company will leave you a note instructing you to contact them so that you can confirm a new delivery date. When the transport company delivers the goods, before signing the delivery note, please check the following:

• That the number of packages coincides with the number indicated on the delivery note. If the number of packages does not coincide, please note this on the delivery note before signing for the delivery.
• That the packages do not show any signs of being deformed or damaged. If there is damage, please indicate "damaged package" on the delivery note.

If there is damage, it is very important that this is indicated on the delivery note as stated above and communicated to us within 24 hours from receiving the order, in order to process the necessary damage claim. We strongly advise you to send us photos of the damage to the package and/or products in order to give you a solution as quickly as possible.

Important: Damage claims on the content must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
