The Flow Smart model employs the innovative capabilities of Tacx's indoor training software. Start by taking advantage of structured training plans, designed around your fitness level to help you achieve your own goals. Get even more enjoyment from your time in the saddle with a library of high quality training videos that let you experience the feeling of climbing the steep hills of the Alps or riding the cobbled streets of Milan. Compete against live opponents and virtual training partners, link your Strava account to ride 3D maps and even create your own workouts based on settings such as incline, power, heart rate or functional threshold power (FTP). You can also use the bike trainer without software. If you do so, it will follow a progressive power curve. The resistance will progressively increase as you go faster to simulate pedalling on a flat route.

The shopping basket automatically updates the delivery costs. We also take great care over the delivery and do everything possible to ensure that the delivery times are respected. For this reason we work with transport leaders such as TNT, DHL, DACHSER, DPD or UPS.

• Please note that if you order more than one product, you might receive them on different days and/or with different transport companies; in this case too we do our very best to respect delivery time of all the products ordered.
• The transport carriers will deliver to the ground floor entrance of the building or property. Delivery does not include taking the merchandise up to a first floor nor does it include installment.

Not at home for the delivery? If an attempt at delivery is made and there is no one at home, the transport company will leave you a note instructing you to contact them so that you can confirm a new delivery date. When the transport company delivers the goods, before signing the delivery note, please check the following:

• That the number of packages coincides with the number indicated on the delivery note. If the number of packages does not coincide, please note this on the delivery note before signing for the delivery.
• That the packages do not show any signs of being deformed or damaged. If there is damage, please indicate "damaged package" on the delivery note.

If there is damage, it is very important that this is indicated on the delivery note as stated above and communicated to us within 24 hours from receiving the order, in order to process the necessary damage claim. We strongly advise you to send us photos of the damage to the package and/or products in order to give you a solution as quickly as possible.

Important: Damage claims on the content must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
