unsatisfied The gym equipment is outstanding and extremely high quality piece of equipment. The only part of my purchase that I was unsatisfied with was the shipping. It is advertised that your order would be received a week from purchase, which incorrect. I had major problems receiving my package and was unsatisfied with how it was given to me. The tracking link I was sent was also in a different language making it extremely hard for me to tell what stage my package was on. I received 3/4 parts of my package a month after shipping in ripped open boxes. They could not confirm if all parts were in the box. I had to further wait another 2 weeks for the last package to come as it was pronounced missing. I myself had to contact fitness digital to receive updates. They were unable to provide me with the whereabouts for my package. My package did eventually come and I again am extremely happy with the equipment. Go to product 2524 Feb 2025
